About the product
Dirumed is an electronic medical records platform built for medical practices in Venezuela and Latin America — from solo doctors to clinics and hospitals. We built the full product: a Nuxt marketing site and a Vue web application that consolidates patient histories, clinical consultations, prescriptions, and billing into a single, flexible system.
The platform offers specialty-specific consultation templates for pediatrics, gynecology, cardiology, dermatology, and more, alongside digital prescriptions rendered with each provider's letterhead and signature. Billing is designed for the Venezuelan market from day one, handling bolívares and dollars with local tax configuration. Security is central to the design: role-based access control, full audit logging, and encrypted data in transit and at rest, following HIPAA-grade safeguards. Doctors and assistants can work from the web or on mobile, and a free tier lets small practices start without risk.

Pricing tied to a practice's active patients lets a part-time solo doctor start for free and a busy clinic pay in proportion to the value it gets, while the same architecture already supports solo practices, multi-doctor clinics, and hospital-sponsored deployments without redesign.
