Media & Post-Production

Pasdiu

A client-work logistics platform for media creators — nested projects, versioned review, and a client approval portal, without the chaos.

About the product

Pasdiu is where agencies, post-production studios, and editor collectives run client work from brief to approval. We designed and built the entire product: a marketing site that speaks the language of media teams and a full-featured web application that organizes nested projects, versioned deliverables, and client feedback in one place.

At the heart of the app is the Iteration Room — a split-screen media comparison view with version timelines and threaded feedback, ending the era of "final_final_v7.mp4". Producers manage work on Kanban boards or grouped lists, editors and colorists get focused task queues, and clients review and approve through a clean portal with unlimited free reviewer seats. A built-in export ledger generates CSV reports of completed deliverables with contractor details and timestamps, ready for invoicing. The platform ships fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Key features

  • Kanban boards and grouped list views for nested projects
  • Iteration Room: split-screen version comparison with threaded feedback
  • Client approval portal with unlimited reviewer seats
  • Export ledger with CSV deliverable reports for invoicing
  • Focused task queues for editors and colorists
  • Fully bilingual experience (English and Spanish)

Built to scale

Pasdiu is architected on a serverless stack where infrastructure cost follows actual usage, not team size — so it stays economical from a freelancer's first project to an agency coordinating hundreds of clients. Query patterns are tuned to keep read costs bounded as workspaces grow, and because every client reviewer joins for free, each approval doubles as organic reach. The product compounds in value the more work runs through it.
